Whether you are looking for an activity filled Thailand camping holiday or you are simply wanting to experience the peace and tranquility of pure nature, Koh Ra Beach Camp offers a unique and exciting camping experience.
Koh Ra Beach Camp is a true eco beach resort. Situated on the small island of Koh Ra, just off the west coast of Thailand. This undeveloped islands sits quietly in the Andaman Sea, barely touched by the human hand. This little patch of land near Phang Nga province boasts abundant virgin ecosystems of all types including mangroves, tropical rainforests, beach and swamp forests. There are few human inhabitants on the island and for this reason a huge variety of vegetation and wildlife thrive in peace here.
The island is an excellent location for thailand activities, such as snorkeling, bird watching, jungle trekking, fishing and relaxing. It is also perfect for conservation and ecological research and education. The mountainous inner island, the different forests that are strewn throughout and the mangroves that skirt the edges are undeveloped and completely natural. We would like it to stay that way.

Welcome to Koh Ra.”
Koh Ra is a unique island in the Andaman Sea, it is perhaps one of the last remaining undeveloped natural habitats in this area of Thailand. It is certainly one of the last to hold such a variety of flora and fauna on an island here. For this reason it is of the utmost importance that Koh Ra Beach Camp does not harm the environment in any way or cause a destructive impact.
Koh Ra Beach Camp bases it's model on an eco resort, setting up a number of projects to make sure that we protect the environment. We have set up systems to ensure that we can be as self sustainable as possible and that we can use what we have at hand without modern intrusion.
